Who is the Messiah?
According to Prophet Isaiah
Isaiah
lets us know that the Messiah would be rejected by most people
like the stone that was at first rejected in building the Temple
in King Solomon’s day.
It later
was found to be perfect size for the most important part
of the foundation, the cornerstone. Trust in this Messiah.
The Prophecy
Isaiah 28: 16
"So this is what the Sovereign LORD says: "See, I lay a stone
in Zion, a tested stone, a precious cornerstone for a sure
foundation; the one who trusts will never be dismayed."
The
fulfillment of Prophecy
Romans 9: 33
As it is written: "See, I lay in Zion a stone that causes men to
stumble and a rock that makes them fall, and the one who trusts
in him will never be put to shame."
also Romans 10: 11
As the Scripture says, "Anyone who trusts in him will never be
put to shame."
