The Prophecy
"The LORD swore an oath to David, a
sure oath that he will not revoke: 'One of your own descendants
I will place on your throne," Psalm 132:
11 NKJV.

fulfillment of Prophecy
"A record
of the genealogy of Jesus Christ the son of David, the son of
Abraham.... David was the father of Solomon, Solomon the father
of Rehoboam.... and Jacob the father of Joseph, the husband of
Mary, of who was born Jesus, who is called Christ
(Messiah)." Matthew 1:1-16
