Powerful Promises

When Gripped with Insecurity

This is what the Dictionary says;

Definition: not highly stable or well-adjusted <an insecure relationship> b: deficient in assurance: beset by fear and anxiety
Synonyms: unassured, unconfident, unsure.

This is what God promises:

Psalm 27: 14

Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.

Psalm 30: 5

For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.

I Peter 4: 12, 13

Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as through some strange thing happened unto you: But rejoice, in as much as ye are partakers of Christ’s suffering; that when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.

Deuteronomy 33: 27

The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms: and he shall thrust out the enemy from before thee; and shall say, Destroy them.

Psalm 118: 17

I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.

Philippians 4: 13

I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

Psalm 31: 24

Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the Lord.

Isaiah 40: 31

But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings of eagles; they shall run and not be weary; and they shall walk and not faint.

Isaiah 51: 11

Therefore the redeemed of the Lord shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their head; they shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and mourning shall flee away.
